Basic Job Functions:
*The Future Finance Leadership program (FFLP) *is 3-year program at Nucor that aims to provide an opportunity for highly skilled and motivated candidates to participate in a dynamic learning experience.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Future Finance Leadership participants complete three years of their program at a Nucor Division for functional and leadership training. During this time, participants will be mentored by seasoned finance, accounting, HR, sales, and operations professionals. They will be challenged by the varied leadership opportunities found in a manufacturing environment.
Division based development includes:
- Safety leadership
- Supervisory leadership
- Finance & Accounting processes
- Human Resources & Legal training
- Process and product technologies
- Operational systems and management
Pay range $85,000-$95,000/year. Total with ROA bonus and profit sharing is $105,000-$125,000/year.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Law, or an equivalent field.
- Previous relevant internships/co-ops.
- Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations.
- Willingness and flexibility to relocate (assistance provided)
ASSIGNMENT AREAS:
Participate and drive business outcomes with assignments in areas including but not limited to: Accounting, Finance, HR, Purchasing, Sales.
