STS CONSTRUCTION Front Office Coordinator in Seattle, Washington
STS Construction Services is looking for a full-time Front Office Coordinator. We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties.
The Front Desk Coordinator is the onsite face of the company, responsible for general customer service duties, as well as a variety of business administration tasks, including data entry, fleet administration, and general office upkeep.

Responsibilities:
Providing Customer Service to internal and external personnel
Management of inquiries from the website
Answering of multi-line phone system and checking in guests
Assisting with data entry projects
Ordering and restocking office supplies
Preparing the conference room for meetings
Fleet coordination and support
Prepare agendas, schedule food delivery, and prepare employee birthday cards/gifts for monthly manager meetings and other miscellaneous tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
A positive, friendly, and welcoming personality
The ability to multitask and stay productive while being interrupted by phone calls, customers and employees
Excellent attendance and reliability
High attention to detail and follow-through
Experience with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
3+ years of previous experience in customer service or an administrative position is a plus
Moderate with 10 key and 35WPM typing
Location: West Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
