Hiring Experienced Servers

We are looking for a very talented and energetic servers to join our team.  Individual will be passionate about food, beverage, education, and training.  Great people skills, can do attitude, and hard work ethic.  4+ year's restaurant experience.  As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room, the server is responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills.

*Must Have:      *

• 4yrs. fine dining restaurant experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available nights and weekends
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance required
• Can work "on their feet" for extended periods of time
• Able to sustain high energy activities for extended periods of time, handle stress and remain cool under pressure
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Can carry full cocktail and large oval trays safely & consistently

Pay: Average $60-70/hour with commissions and tips ($5-5/hour base rate + 10% commission on individual gross sales before discounts or promotions applied).*

*In the unlikely event the base rate + commissions in a workweek do not meet or exceed the minimum wage, servers will be paid at least the minimum wage of $19.97/hour.
