UW MEDICAL CENTER NORTHWEST ADMINISTRATION (UWMC NW) has an outstanding opportunity for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Work Schedule

  • 100% FTE

  • This position ensures effective Executive Assistant support to C Suite NW Administrative Executives and Nursing Leadership in a highly confidential and professional manner DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION UW MEDICAL CENTER NORTHWEST ADMINISTRATION includes Assistant Administrator for Behavioral Health Services and the Emergency Preparedness Manager and the Emergency Preparedness Program of the UW Medical Center Northwest (UWMC NW), as well as other members of the leadership team PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executive Administrative Support and Office Management

  • Independently arranges and coordinates committee meetings, special events, and open forums

  • Drafts meeting and Committee agendas, records, composes, and edits minutes, and tracks follow-up actions for completion

  • Manages systems, processes, and resources as assigned that support the functions of the Assistant Administrators and Directors

  • Complex scheduling for a leadership

  • Keeps tracks of emergency management initiatives, live processes REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS degree or Ba degree

  • 4 year’s experience in Executive administrative support

  • 4 year’s demonstrable experience in a progressively responsible administrative/project coordination role for a large, complex organization and supporting C-suite executives
