As part of a small, hardworking, and accomplished team, the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Analyst will work with a dedicated team to provide tactical and operational intelligence and support on a 24/7/365 basis acting at the right moment to ensure that relevant stakeholders can bring critical decision-making and crisis management skills to bear in the event of an incident at any Blue Origin Site or Facility. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention toward safe and repeatable human spaceflight.This role executes the various core functions of the EOC including, but not limited to incident recognition/escalation, intelligence analysis, emergency response, product security, and physical security. Analysts act as partners who work closely with teams across the company to understand information requirements, deliver timely analysis, and present key insights to internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: Serve within the EOC to monitor events and assess/communicate impact to Blue Origin employees, customers, visitors, and brand. Create risk and intelligence-driven reports to Enterprise Security and other Business Continuity stakeholders. Receive calls for help/assistance from employees and respond appropriately. Provide support and participate in incident mitigation and after-action reporting. Assist in sending targeted company notifications. Monitor and communicate risks associated with supply chain assets. Monitor the health of all Enterprise Security platforms and applications. Monitor access control and CCTV systems for alarms and respond appropriately. Collaborate with other Security teams and other business partners to meet operational goals. Assist Enterprise Security Management with other tasks as assigned. Execute ad hoc security support as directed by Blue Origin security leadership. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays). Qualifications: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a minimum of one year of verifiable and successful analyst or security experience. Ability to operate communications equipment and console software. Ability to communicate at a tactical level, both written and oral, through superior communication skills. Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and operate within high-stress situations, often under time constraints. Ability to analyze and think critically, sometimes under ambiguous circumstances. Ability to follow written policy/procedures. Solid computer knowledge and skills, experience working with complex platforms. Equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively. Self-motivated, highly responsive, and proactive, able to own tasks from start to finish. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired: Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in a related field (e.g., Emergency Management, Communications, Information Technology, Political Science
