We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Our commercial buildings range from multi-family to multi use. With contracts that are forecasted over the next 3-5 years, here you will be guaranteed steady, full time work with a company who will invest in your growth.

This is a position that is split between normal daily carpentry and emergency response in the evenings and on weekends. We primarily deal with emergency water losses. You would be the point person for receiving calls, making the initial contact with the customer and doing the first documentation, demo and moisture removal equipment setup.

What Does A Emergency Services and Small Projects Carpenters Day Look Like?

Emergency Services

• Taking calls in the evening and on weekends for emergency water loss work

• Performing documentation and demolition at water loss locations

• Providing damage and restoration details to the Small Projects Project Manager

Small Projects

• Reviewing the schedule to plan the day

• Picking up materials for the jobs of the day

• Meeting with the customer

• Setting up containment and site protection

• Doing carpentry, siding, rot repair, cabinet installation, or other miscellaneous construction work

• Cleaning up for the day or cleaning up to move to the next job

Qualifications and Requirements:

• +3 years of experience in carpentry or handyman work

• Excellent time management

• Excellent communication

• Valid driver's license

Schedule: Monday-Friday 

• Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project

• End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
