Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate schematic, layout, and PCBA manufacturing output files, hold high-quality design reviews internally and with vendors, and generate and execute detailed test and validation plans. Additionally, the candidate will decompose product requirements into engineering design artifacts and manage product and project quality. This includes the creation, oversight, and execution of quality plans, conducting reviews of equipment and system performance with end-users during and after initial deployments, and recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management. The ability to work autonomously on complex and ambiguous projects is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Generate schematic, layout, and PCBA manufacturing output files.

  • Hold high-quality design reviews internally and with vendors.

  • Generate and execute detailed test and validation plans.

  • Decompose product requirements into engineering design artifacts.

  • Manage product and project quality, including the creation, oversight, and execution of quality plans.

  • Conduct reviews of equipment and system performance with end-users during and after initial deployments.

  • Record and report key metrics to team members and management.

  • Work autonomously on complex and ambiguous projects.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with PCBA, layout, design, and testing.

  • Proficiency in generating schematics.

  • Experience in aerospace engineering or related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in designing delivery hubs similar to locker boxes at retail stores.

  • Knowledge of public distribution systems for consumer products.

  • Ability to integrate QR or numerical code systems for secure access.
