We are seeking a dynamic and purposeful Construction Sales Leader to join our Construction Special Projects Sales team. In this role, you will take charge of fostering partnerships with commercial-related businesses (GC's, Consultants, Owners etc.), expanding our market presence in the Pacific Northwest. Your responsibilities include demonstrating exceptional leadership and mentoring skills to guide other business units in securing and fulfilling contracts. Additionally, you will lead your own team, driving continuous growth within the region. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Build strong relationships within the team, and provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets. Creating a player-coach balance. You will have individual sales goals for the first year. Identify new business opportunities and market niches to expand MacDonald-Miller presence in the commercial TI market. Enhance and cultivate a robust sales strategy to foster growth in the growth. Oversee and ensure the optimal performance of all sales activities and the organization within the MacDonald-Miller commercial TI and energy retrofit market. Lead a senior sales and project execution team in securing successful project acquisitions and achieving operational excellence. This involves actively participating in and/or taking a lead role in large project pursuits. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influences, and stakeholders in real estate, consulting, and GC organizations. Collaborate with executive team in aligning sales objective
