Description

Our Central Design Talent Acquisition team supports a number of businesses including Devices and Services, Prime Video, Prime Video Studios, Artificial General Intelligence, Advertising, and IMDb among others. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Design Sourcing Recruiter to support specialized design hiring!

You will work with a close-knit recruiting team who has a deep expertise within the design space. Your focus will be on driving recruiting strategies along with candidate generation in partnership with your business partners. This is a great opportunity to drive impact across the design and user experience for a number of products used by millions of customers globally.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with a bias for action, proactively managing business partner expectations

  • Recruit passive candidates and gauge both skills and chemistry for the right fit, and to understand candidate motivation

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios

  • Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.

  • Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified potential candidates

About the team

The Design Recruiting team is a specialized group of recruiters who support business partners across Devices and Services, Prime Video, Prime Video Studios, Artificial General Intelligence, Advertising, and IMDb among others. The Amazon Design Community and design recruiting partners meet and collaborate on a regular basis working together on key programs and initiatives. Our team recruits for a wide range of unique opportunities including UX Design, Research, Design Technology, Voice User Interface, Computational Design, Gaming, Wearables, Art Direction, Visual Design, and more. We have high-standards, strong processes, and are always looking for new ways to innovate.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience

  • Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies

  • Experience recruiting for design and or creative roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

  • Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $138,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
