What You'll Do: Oversee Daily Operations: Take charge of the day-to-day activities for your assigned account, making sure everything is in tip-top shape. Ensure Compliance: Complete tasks and workloads based on customer requirements to maintain PM compliance. Customer Coordination: Work closely with your assigned customer to schedule and repair equipment promptly. Cost Management: Handle repair costs through estimates, audits, and approvals from customers or the Fleet Manager. Event Coordination: Oversee and follow up on both scheduled and unscheduled events. Audit and Accuracy: Maintain audit processes to ensure invoices and PM forms from vendors are accurate. Repair Processing: Process necessary repairs based on PM form reviews, customer approvals, and Fleet Manager directives. Additional Projects: Tackle other duties and projects as assigned, always ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. What We're Looking For: Minimum Requirements: Education: High School Diploma/GED Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, excellent team collaboration abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: A great team player who can juggle multiple projects and handle high volumes of events. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Degree in a related discipline Experience: Prior industry experience is a plus. Why Join Us? USD 15.87 - 23.75 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $15.87 - $23.75/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
