Hiring Cooks Perform routine preparation and production duties following recipes, POS system, basic knife skills and proper equipment operation/handling. 

Must Have:

• Fast paced line cook experience preferred
• Knife skills and grill experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Requires flexible availability
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Can work "on their feet" for extended periods of time
• Able to sustain high energy activities for extended periods of time, handle stress and remain cool under pressure.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance required
• Related training and/or job experience that would enable applicant to demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities to perform job
• Be able to take ownership of your work and willing to be held accountable for your actions

Pay: Average $26-30/hour including tips (base rate $17.25-20/hour + tips)*

*In the unlikely event the base rate + tips in a workweek do not meet or exceed the    

  minimum wage, cooks will be paid at least the minimum wage of $19.97/hour.
