Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership, delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making. * Spearhead financial planning and performance optimization across the organization. * Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. * Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, maintaining robust internal controls to mitigate risks of misstatements, fraud, or audit issues. * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection efforts. * Continuously monitor financial performance against budgets/forecasts and implement improvements. * Manage inventory accounting, focusing on E&O inventory and reserve calculations. * Develop and execute cost-saving strategies to enhance gross margins and reduce expenses. * Provide analytical support for business growth and strategic initiatives. * Direct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls. * Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities and address challenges. * Build and automate a management dashboard for streamlined reporting.
