This position will be based in Portland, OR or Seattle, WA(other Pacific Northwest locaitons along with San Francisco or Los Angeles, CA will be considered) and requires regular travel within your assigned territory. Occasional travel to company sites may be required as needed. We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative professional to engage in comprehensive data analysis that drives our category development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for researching financial and business strategies, impacting various sales projects, programs, systems, and transactions for chain accounts within your designated area. As a Project Analyst, you will utilize advanced software programs such as IRI, ProSpace, Spectra, Nielson, SMIS, and chain data to provide insightful analysis to our customer development team and assigned accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in creating scorecards, performing market analysis, and generating sales data and forecasting reports. Your ability to maintain a deep understanding of available databases and retrieve necessary data will be key to your success. You will play an integral part in developing "Plan-O-Grams" and guiding the space management planner to execute these plans. Your support will extend to customer development sales teams, where you will assist in projects and training efforts. Working closely with the COE Director on special projects, you will help prepare new item presentations, commerce marketing presentations, and annual business reviews. What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree plus 1 years of sales or category development experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associate's degree plus 3 years of sales or category development experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of sales or category development experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Computer skill requirements include: basic MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. Required to obtain Liquor License as required by state/locality. Required to travel by air and car as part of job duties. Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
