Actalent Cad Designer in Seattle, Washington

Job Title: CAD Designer

Job Description

Join our team as a CAD Designer to work closely with Design Engineers, creating detailed interior CAD drawings for delivery station layouts based on specific requirements and standards. Collaborate with a diverse group including other CAD drafters, World Wide Engineering, Pre-Construction, Construction, external architects, MHE vendors, and Launch Execution teams to deliver a complete, approved design set. You will also review and engage with internal and external stakeholders regarding permit sets, structural drawings, elevations, and floorplans. Your role is crucial in supporting the design quality control process aiming for zero-defect designs through daily peer reviews, adhering to design checklists, and constant feedback from Design Engineers. You will be responsible for delivering new designs, post-permit updates, expansions, and retrofits, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and capacity enhancements.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington.

Work Environment

Work under Actalent PM supporting multiple projects, with a team of roughly 10+ designers. Remote work option available but requires high communication and teamwork. The group maintains a strong track record of excellent performance and growth.
