We're seeking an Associate Project Accountant to support accurate budgetary documentation for MMFS projects while assisting Project Accountants and Contract Coordinators with daily tasks. This role requires a solid understanding of change orders, payroll, and invoice documentation. The ideal candidate will also collaborate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure financial accuracy. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Seamlessly support team members in managing and organizing document workflows. Proactively collect outstanding invoices to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency. Accurately process transfers to ensure smooth project transitions. Efficiently handle the setup of new jobs and changes to existing orders. Process subcontractor invoices with precision and timeliness. The Associate Project Accountant reports directly to Joshua Graves, Project Accounting Supervisor, and collaborates within a dynamic team dedicated to supporting our expanding business.
