Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? Provide high-level administrative support to the Divisional Director. At RBC Wealth Management, your career progression matters to us. Heavy calendaring for all principals; maintenance of daily agendas, coordinate meetings, conferences and other appointments on-demand between internal and external clients Coordinate business travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately and promptly for principals and select salespeople Provide support in the preparation and production of high quality reports, invoices, and presentations Communicate with senior-level executives and clients with discretion and confidentiality Executive deliverables on time and prioritize tasks at hand Liaison with tech team to keep as needed Performs other related projects as assigned What do you need to succeed? Must-have 1 to 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant preferably supporting at least one senior-level executive High school diploma or equivalent Advanced in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) Proficient written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with others in a pleasant, professional manner Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision; can effectively work under pressure and meet sudden deadlines Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and good judgment Nice-to-have Experience working in the financial services industry a plus What's in it for you?
