Our client in the mobile app industry is seeking an Application Test Support Engineer to join their team. As an Application Test Support Engineer, you will be part of the team supporting mobile app releases. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Title: Application Test Support Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $32/HR on Experis W2

What's the Job?

• Manually release mobile shopping apps

• Test and sign-off on the release in a timely fashion

• Create release plans with accurate details

• Write email release updates to developer teams

• Release apps on iOS and Android

• Work with partner developer teams for any required testing to make sure the app is ready for release

• Give the go-ahead for release or coordinate with teams to fix the issues and continue testing

• Create the release plan, get approved, then upload to Apple/Google. Make sure correct data is being input like version number etc.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of developer support experience

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication - verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to correctly and professionally communication and pass on information

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to maintain Customer Focus, stay motivated and be proactive

• Insist on the highest standards from self and others

• Comfortable in the Tech Environment

• Experience working in Linux environment preferred

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems preferred

• Bachelor’s Computer Science or similar (preferred, but not required)
