Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Seattle, Washington
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Seattle, Washington. You will be joining a dynamic environment and will be expected to provide administrative support to two distinct teams. Your role will primarily involve scheduling and attending meetings, managing and organizing documentation, sending out reminders, creating and updating email templates, and efficiently self-managing tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle scheduling of meetings and recording of notes, with the capability to edit and correct minutes as required.
• Be proactive in sending out pre-set reminder emails and actively manage task reminders.
• Develop and maintain email templates, ensuring communications are dispatched prior to meetings.
• Manage and organize documentation using various platforms such as OneNote and Teams.
• Independently manage tasks efficiently when provided with a standard operating procedure.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to both the Market Place Presence team and the account management team.
• Utilize your skills in Teams, Office Suite, and other digital tools and platforms to perform your role effectively.
• Use your excellent task execution and follow-up skills to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Assist the account management team, supporting 4 account managers in their day-to-day tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Banner Ads creation and management
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings
• Proficiency in using Concur for travel and expense management
• Experience with CRM software
• Knowledge of About Time software for project management
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally
• Understanding of Budget Processes
• Excellent Calendar Management skills
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in Coordinating Meetings
• Ability to accurately record and distribute Meeting Minutes TalentMatch®
