Job Title: Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various accounting tasks, including cash applications, journal entries, collections of aging ARs, and sales audits.

Hard Skills

  • Accounts receivable processes

  • Account analysis and reconciliation

  • Cash applications

  • Collection experience

  • Sales auditing

  • Aged AR collections

  • Journal entry and review (debit/credit)

  • Dynamics 365 experience (preferred)

  • ERP experience (required)

  • Excel (v-lookups and pivot tables)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington.

Work Environment

Will be working 40 hours a week onsite with a team of 3 other AR professionals.
