We're seeking an Account Executive to showcase the full range of MacDonald-Miller's capabilities, with a focus on selling building control systems to architects, MEP consultants, and construction contractors in the Western Washington commercial market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing retrofit and bid proposals, specifications, and detailed estimates for building control systems. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and value of our services to maintain high client satisfaction. Collaborate with staff and customers at all stages of projects. Strengthen internal relationships across departments to foster seamless integration. Customer Base Sustain and enhance relationships with existing customers. Increase sales volume and profit margins while ensuring the company can effectively deliver on commitments. Develop and acquire new customer accounts. Marketing and Sales Identify, secure, and negotiate new contracts. Advocate for and promote the company's value engineering and comprehensive service offerings as a full-service mechanical contractor.
