Description

Robert Half is searching for a Data Analyst to support a local healthcare company based in Seattle, WA. This Data Analyst will work in partnership with a Data Analytics Manager in support of tackling ad-hoc reports to uncover common data challenges. This position is a long term contract opportunity with the potential to convert (12 months) that is Hybrid (2-3 days in the office). Apply if interested!

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Core Hours)

Worksite Location: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite in Seattle (Wednesdays required)

Job Duties:

• Build and deploy a relevant range of data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques to identify trends to assist managers and executives in making effective decisions and to drive process and operational efficiency.

• Track, trace, and report progress on data-related projects

• Source data required to support data applications

• Build out and support backend processes to extract relevant information from underlying applications and/or databases.

• Optimize performance of data applications.

• Support users in scoping and defining data and visualization requirements

• Support and assist other data analysts working in different areas

• Support and align data governance practices

• Provides expertise in creating structure query language (SQL) statements for analytical data mining, visualization, or reporting.

• Provides expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• Monitors, reviews, and works toward resolving data issues and requests.

• Escalates to third-party support and manages vendor responses to resolution data platforms.

• Designs creates and maintains data outputs and visuals with input from stakeholders and end users.

• Creates documentation of, but not restricted to, design, testing plans, data definitions, and change control.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Data Analyst experience/related role.

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL or MySQL

• Knowledgeable in ETL tools – MuleSoft Anypoint Studio preferred but other ETL tools will be considered

• Experience in building and supporting Power BI dashboards
