Under the direction of the Pool Manager, supervise, schedule and coordinate the safety services of the Searcy Swim Center staff, ensure policies, rules and regulations created for the safety of patrons are enforced. Schedules and trains on lifeguard/first responder procedures and practices. Assist with ensuring the overall safety of pool patrons and staff. Assist in scheduling and selection of pool staff and hours. Makes sure the pool is properly maintained. Respond to public inquiries. This position requires weekend and holiday work.
