Job Title: General Production Worker

Pay: $17 an hour//Pay Weekly



Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Production Worker responsible for the wiring and racking of customer parts. The ideal candidate will assist with the inspection of parts and must verify product information and counts before any wiring or racking begins. This role involves performing inspections, utilizing equipment such as gage pins, microscopes, and various measuring tools, and conducting final inspections and testing per blueprints and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Wiring and racking of customer parts

• Assisting with the inspection of parts

• Verifying product information and counts before wiring or racking

• Performing inspections according to required specifications

• Utilizing equipment such as gage pins, microscopes, and multiple types of measuring equipment

• Conducting final inspection and testing per blueprints and customer specifications

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, production, and assembly

• Quality inspection skills

• General labor and packaging experience

• Basic math skills, including addition/subtraction with decimals and converting decimals to fractions

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work with small part items and patience

• Ability to read and follow blueprints

• Comfortable with completing repetitive tasks

• Measuring skills (ability to use calipers)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working within a manufacturing setting

• Ability to perform inspections using required specifications and equipment

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The work environment involves utilizing various technologies and equipment to perform detailed inspections and assembly tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seaford, Delaware.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
