Geisinger Supervisor General Maintenance- Full Time/Days in Scranton, Pennsylvania

Job Summary

Supervises department personnel and oversees the building and grounds maintenance and repair of all systems and equipment within the clinics.

Job Duties

  • Proactively meets with and creates partnership with operations managers in order to coordinate optimal template designs, ensure appropriate maintenance and answer questions and solutions including system template standards.

  • Works closely with scheduling designates assigned to each department assuring that schedules are built to reflect documented scheduling guidelines.

  • Attends specialty departmental meetings to ensure alignment of templates to operations and educate operational personnel on Geisinger template standards and processes.

Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. Graduate from Specialty Training Program- (Required)

Experience

Minimum of 5 years-Skilled labor (Required), Minimum of 1 year-Managerial/Supervisory (Required)
