As a Clinical Administrative Assistant, also known as a "Medical Front Desk Receptionist" or the "Captain of the Ship", you'll be an essential part of our dedicated clinical care team. In this role, you will be the face of our health center, guiding patients through their clinical experience with your exceptional multitasking and customer service skills.

Here are some of the main functions of our Clinical Administrative Assistants:

  •  Welcome patients, verify their information, and check them in for appointments.
  •  Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, and manage the appointment calendar in the electronic health record system.
  •  Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle appointment related requests.
  •  Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  •  Process patient payments and assist with insurance verifications and claims.
  •  Communicate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
  •  Provide exceptional service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  •  An eligible candidate should have the following minimum qualifications:
    •  A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills

The rate of compensation for this position is $16.50 per hour. Clinical Administrative Assistants also receive an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential for working during weekends and holidays, as part of the rotation schedule.
