Responsibilities Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting assigned local leaders with physician experience support, events, internal communication, manage physician related issues and barriers to growth and maintaining a system of engagement at the facilities. This person will leverage opportunities to bind physician loyalty with the system and its hospitals and care centers by creating a positive experience during their interactions. . Executes initiatives related to increasing loyalty and preference to HonorHealth affiliates among internal and external provider referral sources. Performs activities related to profitable sales and business growth through the identification and contact of customers, cultivation of potential and existing referral sources, tracking of daily interactions, and working collaboratively with appropriate internal stakeholders to address issues that may be identified via sales and business development processes. This position is focused on assisting the Director and Market Development /Physician Relation Manager role by executing supported sales tactics and strategies for organizational growth. Monitor and manage identification and rapid response to physician issues through direct interaction and/or directing others. Engage providers in relationship-building events and activities that have the potential to strengthen organizational allegiance and generate additional referrals. Conduct planned interactions, as the hospital’s interface, with office managers and clinical leaders of targeted practices to extend relationship services. Work with the marketing team to support activities involving members of the medical staff (e.g. community educational seminars, media interviews, etc.) Work with the Market Development/physician Relations Managers to gain medical staff support to meet the needs expressed by referral development prospects. Document each provider encounter including any open requests or needs and the follow-up plan in a database tool that tracks activities, progress, trends and outcomes. Develop, manage and oversee best in class provider onboarding experience Coordinate efforts with the Director and other leadership stakeholders to ensure streamlined communication and interactions with the medical staff. Work with mmarketing and Market Development/Physician Relations Mangers to support onboarding of new physicians. Serve as the internal liaison to track and trend physician issues and help facilitate the management of internal issues. Work with the physician relations program leaders and field team and the clinical and operational leaders to ensure steps are being followed to report and address physician issues and needs. Prepare reports, summarizing service activities, identifying trends, opportunities and barriers to provider loyalty and commitment.
