Work with global cross-functional teams internally and externally to deliver loyalty capabilities and Pro Authenticated experience features that improve the lifetime value of Resideo Pro Customers. Collaborate with program owners, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders to ideate and build feature roadmaps, future tooling infrastructure, and vendor strategy aligned with business priorities and requirements. Plan and execute global loyalty and pro authenticated experiences to improve customer adoption and engagement. Partner with key Resideo business leaders in Sales & Marketing, Product Management, and select Resideo Pro Customers to clearly understand the needs and pain points, in order to determine the appropriate solutions to meet those needs and resolve those pain points. Ensure that the appropriate user experience tools and concepts including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, stakeholder mapping, touch point analysis, and/or journey mapping are leveraged early on in the development lifecycle to deliver exceptional experiences on the Global Customer Loyalty platforms. Maintain Global Customer Loyalty program feature and technology roadmaps. Lead high-quality solution configuration and development activities to deliver against the agreed roadmap. Deliver self-service capabilities for partners and improve usage over time to lead the industry. Own the relationship with appropriate third-party vendors and consultants on Global Customer Loyalty platforms including the implementation of the Global Customer Loyalty program on standard platforms. Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to outsource delivery partners when those partners are engaged. Provide inputs to strategic plan and annual budget planning processes. Facilitate the development of project cost estimates and business cases. Assist in the development of monitoring solutions as needed and work to continually optimize platform performance.
