Driver will be driving (semi-truck with gross vehicle weight 26,000 lbs.) across USA.\ Primary responsibility of the driver will be transporting goods.\ Predelivery and post-delivery tasks includes preparing, loading and unloading the vehicles.\ To abide traffic laws, DOT regulations and best practices to uphold safety requirements in securing cargos safe transportation of goods.\ To maintain logbooks and meeting delivery deadlines and following assigned delivery routes for regulation compliance and complying with all other rules and regulations.\ To perform basic truck maintenance, such as refueling, doing visual inspections, correcting basic mechanical issues for vehicle maintenance and care, and reporting defects for safety\ measure.\ To provide exceptional customer service and professional communication in interacting with customers.\ To communicate with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveries.\ To complete any paperwork related to the deliveries and completing reports as required.
