The University Design Institute (UDI) is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Business Systems Architect (BSA) to support our continued scaling globally. In this pivotal position, the BSA will be instrumental in integrating business process analysis with technology systems design, development and administration to support our data-driven decision-making in real-time.\ \ As the BSA at UDI, you will lead efforts to design, innovate and streamline solutions tailored to the unique requirements of UDI, with a particular focus on relational database management, including Airtable. Working closely with UDI leaders and decision-makers, you will analyze organizational strategies, develop architectural designs and oversee the implementation of scalable systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure the needs of UDI as a globally focused, revenue generating, content-developing institute are clearly articulated and managed through our systems.\ The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong analytical skills to comprehend complex systems, identify patterns and solve problems effectively. Strategic thinking abilities are essential for envisioning long-term goals and aligning system designs with UDI objectives. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy and reliability in system implementation.
