Your opportunity: Systems Support Assistant is responsible for managing SAP customer master data and assisting with the processing of sales related data in SAP and other interfacing sales systems. This role supports various sales channels and trademarks under the Greenheck Group umbrella. This is a part time role approximately 24-30 hours a week. What you\'ll be doing: Monitor/process any ship date changes or Sales Admin Messages for Rep Net/ATG updates. Create and maintain all customer and salesperson records in SAP and/or CRM. Assist Sales with creation, troubleshooting, or processing of credit/debit memo and additional bills in SAP. Create and process miscellaneous shipment orders as required. Help the business identify and correct sales order errors to prevent delays in production or shipping. Resolve internal customer inquiries based on defined SOPs. What you should have: Preferred two-year college degree in Business or IT related field or equivalent work experience Between 1-3 years of work experience is required. Previous experience in Order Processing or Sales is desired but is not mandatory. Above average analytical skills. Demonstrate an ability to prioritize tasks. Focused attention to detail.
