Your opportunity: As a MES Functional Leads you will utilize your technical expertise to design and implement MES systems tailored to the unique requirements of manufacturing operations. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, configure software, and seamlessly integrate the system with existing production processes. You will also configure MES applications based on specific plant needs, including configuring workflows, defining production processes, and setting up user interfaces. Through continuous optimization, you enhance the production process, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. What you\'ll be doing: Experience: Hands-on experience in production supervision, manufacturing operations, or similar roles with a focus on real-time manufacturing execution. Technical Skills: Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and operational software specific to production environments. Manufacturing Execution: Deep understanding of manufacturing execution processes and best practices, including real-time monitoring and control of production activities. Operational Efficiency: Skills in identifying and implementing improvements to streamline production processes and enhance operational efficiency. Production Planning: Knowledge of production planning and scheduling techniques to optimize resource allocation and meet production goals. Data Utilization: Ability to analyze real-time production data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements. What you should have: 4 Year / bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience required Graduate Degree, or advanced coursework in Quality Engineering, Quality Management or related field preferred. 6-8 years relevant work experience required.
