The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic that aligns successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Schertz, TX

Pay Range: $16.50

What's the Job?

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Aat least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Rep or related field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
