Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in general maintenance and repair, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks to ensure our properties are well-maintained and in excellent condition.

Job Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

  • Assist with property renovations and upgrades as needed.

  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.

  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Albany, New York.

Shift and Pay

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Pay: $24 an hour.
