Job Title: Lamination Operator

Job Description

As a Lamination Operator, your primary role will involve operating extrusion and lamination machines, loading and unloading rolls, troubleshooting feeding systems, rollers, and adhesive applications. A key part of your responsibility will also include inspecting the finished product for defects.

This is a fully on-site position in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Work Environment

The selected candidates will be working in a flexible packaging environment. The Extrusion and Lamination (E&L) Department and the printing department both operate two shifts from 5am-5pm and 5pm-5am Monday-Wednesday or Monday-Thursday. Schedules will be known two weeks in advance, with an average schedule from Monday to Thursday, ensuring 3 to 4 day weekends. The facility is not air conditioned, but is equipped with large fans throughout the building to ensure a comfortable working environment. On extra hot summer days, water and cold treat stations are provided throughout the facility. Being a food and medical packaging environment, all employees must wear hairnets and masks. No beard nets are required. We are currently hiring for the overnight shift.
