JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC"s, Fanuc robots, Machine Vision, and Panel View HMI"s

• Implement advanced automated solutions to improve medical device manufacturing processes

• Develop detailed requirements and Validation Protocols

• Build proof of concept and prototypes

• Collaborate with engineers to achieve expected quality levels in products.

• Conduct Software Validations following GAMP 5

• Participate in and lead code reviews.

• Ensure compliance of quality processes and standards

• Identify issues and risks and develop mitigation plans with the cross functional team to resolve project setbacks and obstacles.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study

• Allen Bradley PLC and HMI Programing and Troubleshooting experience

• Fanuc Robotic Programing, Cognex and Keyence machine Vision Programing experience

• GAMP 5 Software Validation knowledge

• Allen Bradley / Fanuc Training & Certifications preferred
