*SUMMARY * We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the Project Manager of a manufacturing company in Saxonburg, PA. This person will need an administrative background with strong attention to detail, solid documentation, coordination, and an understanding of timelines and deliverables in a deadline driven environment. Pre-employment requirements include a background check and drug screen. 

This is a direct hire position offering daylight Monday -- Friday schedule and compensation commensurate with experience, expected to be $45,000-$55,000 per year. Employee benefits are offered, including healthcare, paid time off, 401K, and more. 

POSITION •    Scheduling and preparation of materials for meetings both internal and external •    Looking ahead, alerting other people to things coming up and preparing for them •    Creating, editing, formatting, and sending documentation and reports, such as bids, estimates, and proposals •    Tracking and maintaining accurate data and uploading client documentation A full and complete job description will be provided to those who are qualified and interested in the opportunity

REQUIREMENTS •    Experience in an office role in manufacturing (could be any manufacturing department such as purchasing, logistics / freight, production, quality, accounting, customer service / inside sales etc.) •    Proficient with MS Word and Excel; able to learn project management software •    Organized and detail oriented •    Able to think proactively and manage timelines •    Pleasant, upbeat personality •    Pre-employment requirements include a background check and drug screen
