However, this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Cleanliness (Maintenance) Specialist. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire restaurant, ensuring a pristine environment for both our customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance of restaurant equipment, including filtering and cleaning fryer vats, grills, and hood vents.
Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, from the lobby and restrooms to the back of the house.
Thoroughly clean floors, ceilings, walls, behind equipment, stockroom, coolers, and freezers.
Maintain the exterior cleanliness of the restaurant by picking up litter, washing windows, scrubbing, and pressure washing sidewalks and Drive-Thru lanes.
Change trash can liners and take out the trash to the dumpsters regularly.
Ensure restrooms are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with all required supplies.
Rotate inventory stock and put away all deliveries promptly.
Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as requested by the restaurant team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or maintenance, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work during non-operating hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
