STFPro, LLC Operations Supervisor in Savannah, Georgia

Serve as a liaison between HotelPro, our team members and our clients. Responsible for client service, team members care, recruiting, hiring, and operations excellence. Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with clients through open and proactive communication. Meet with each client weekly to understand their needs and provide tailored staffing support. Support client communications, hotel initiatives, and activities. Support last minute staffing requests. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities. Proactively identify and resolve clients related issues in a timely manner. Support implementation meetings and new client launch. Engage with team members during property visits. Resolve team member questions/issues/requests. Support coaching and counseling conversations. Support the recruitment strategy. Initiate conversations within the community to find new candidates. Utilize approve social media platforms to recruit. Prescreen candidates. Maintain and update recruitment tools. Request recruiting tools when needed. Complete the onboarding process including interviewing, hiring and orientation. Submit new hire packets. Complete and submit payroll accurately. Monitor schedule, explore growth opportunities and share competitor information. Share client updates. Request supplies. Follow reporting requirements and deadlines.

Position requires minimum of a high school or foreign equivalency diploma and one year of experience in job offered, as an Operations Supervisor, or in customer service, or sales. Experience gained with HotelPro or other sources accepted. Job located in Savannah, Georgia,

and any unanticipated locations throughout the United States. 40 hours per week; $41,392 to $54,226 per year.
