Aston Carter Accounts Payable Clerk - HIGH VOLUME in Savannah, Georgia
**MUST HAVE HIGH VOLUME
Description:
Process automated payment runs for vendors
Enter invoices into the ERP system, reconcile statements, research problems, obtain proper signatures and adhere to compliance
Maintain accounts payable and paid files for vendors
Accurately file paid invoices
Working with other departments to resolve account issues when necessary.
Set up new employees with expense reports
Obtain appropriate documentation to ensure three-way matching and/or any other approval necessary to process invoices
Answer incoming vendor/customer inquiries regarding outstanding invoice issues
Various year-end duties
Receive, verify, and accurately process invoices and credits into SAP.
Effectively work with company Buyers & Planners to resolve purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.
Qualifications:
-3-5+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience
-ERP experience, SAP experience preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-High volume invoice processing experience (100+ daily)
-Experience working with both manual and automated processes
