Line Management, Program Management, Business Development and Capture Management within the IT Division for the Annapolis Junction Operations.

Understanding of Software Tool Development: For example, understanding of software tools that enable data scientists to transform their tradecraft into agile, accurate, data-driven decisions based on relationships and correlations in vast amounts of data.

Technical Team Support: Collaborate with a technical team dedicated to designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions.

Understanding of AI/ML Applications: Apply machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities.

Work in close collaboration with IT division technical leadership to develop and execute business development and capture strategies that will secure new contract wins.

Define compelling and differentiating win strategies to include customer engagement, solutions development, competitive assessments, shaping strategy, teaming strategy, pricing strategy, and bid/no-bid recommendations to senior management (based on a price to win and other competitive assessments).

Lead the effective execution of qualified capture pursuits using the CTC business development process and gate controls, tracking capture performance against budgets and schedule, and communicating ongoing capture status to Division and Corporate leadership.

Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, win-strategy development, problem solving, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to develop teams and construct near-term and long-range strategies to maintain qualified pipelines.

Develop marketing strategies and provide input into market account plans with assigned account BD and PandL leaders that align with the company's strategic plan.

Develop and maintain high quality relationships with internal leadership and external customers/partners.

Sustained ability and reputation of winning complex, prime integration services contract awards for government with values routinely reaching over up to $50M single-award deals which meet and exceed challenging goals and quotas.
