Our client in the manufacturing and distribution industry is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team and seek a career progression. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the machine shop responsible for custom orders and operate various shop machinery.

Job Title : 2nd shift CNC Operator

Location: Saugerties, NY

Pay: $21 - $25 per hour.

Manpower's client in Saugerties is looking for a hardworking and motivated person with a mechanical aptitude to join their team and is eager to learn new skills and seek a career progression.

Introduction:

• Full time hours - Monday - Thursday with overtime on Fridays as needed.

• Start on 1st shift (7am - 4:30pm) then move to 2nd shift (3:30pm - 2:00am).

• Good starting pay between $21 - $25 per hour based on experience.

• Temp to perm based on performance and attendance.

• Great opportunity to get your foot in the door.

What will you be doing?

• Operate CNC Machinery following the manufacturing instructions, drawings and quality requirements.

• Will also operate surface grinders, drill press, lathe & power hand tools..

• Using various measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers and gages.

• Perform mathematical calculations efficiently and accurately.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specifications are met.
