Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in Sartell, Minnesota for a skilled Operations Coordinator. The chosen candidate will join our industry's team and will be tasked with managing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer queries. This role will also involve monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Address customer queries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed

• Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to standards

• Manage office functions and operations following standard procedures

• Schedule appointments and manage logistics and shipping functions

• Execute tasks related to payment processing and invoicing

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks

• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Maintain a focus on quality while executing tasks

• Foster an environment of creativity and innovation

• Follow company policies and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service and Call Center Customer Service

• Excellent Communication skills

• Familiarity with Office Functions and Operations

• Understanding of Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures

• Experience with Invoice and Payment Processing
