CHICK-FIL-A SARATOGA SPRINGS Hospitality Manager (PERM) in SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah

Officium First LLC dba Chick-fil-A Saratoga Springs in Saratoga Springs, Utah seeks for a full-time Hospitality Manager. Duties: As the Hospitality Manager at our Saratoga Springs location, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all aspects of guest's experience are being monitored and improved. Proactively addressing guests needs and creating and implementing systems to sustain industry leading service. Receive and analyze guest surveys. The candidate's primary responsibility will involve analyzing data gathered from surveys located on the bottom of customers' receipts. With approximately 200 responses received monthly, you will manage a substantial amount of data ripe for analysis. This data encompasses various aspects including time of day, type of food, quality of service, among others. Examine the data gathered through SMG, a third-party software used by Chick-fil-A to compile and evaluate data. Your role will involve utilizing SMG to gather insights and create comprehensive reports. You will work closely with the leadership team, effectively communicating your findings to aid in strategic decision-making processes. Additionally, your role will entail synthesizing in-person customer experiences and scrutinizing third-party secret shopper information to provide comprehensive insights. You will be responsible for creating a rubric for these visits, collecting and summarizing the data obtained, and compiling detailed reports for presentation to the leadership team. The Hospitality Manager will work directly with the leadership team (Owner Operator, Executive Director of Operations, Director of Guest Experience, Director of Talent, and Director of Financial Stewardship), to develop and implement strategies that focus on delivering worldclass hospitality while adhering to all Chick-fil-A standards and to help grow the brand in Saratoga Springs. Monitor team member behaviors and deliver prompt feedback and training on hospitality and service-related aspects. Understand Chick-fil-A culture regarding hospitality and service and match them up with our training and execution. Execute in person mock guest experience visits in each sales channel- Using an evaluation criteria, manager will visit the restaurant in each of our sales channels to identify areas of opportunity. Develop and assist in executing events that connect with the guest on an emotional and practical level (ie fundraisers for schools, family game nights in the restaurant etc) Will supervise 1-2 Hospitality Assistants (43-4051) who will provide support in fulfilling the aforementioned responsibilities during each daypart and will serve as an additional set of eyes in this crucial area of the restaurant, aiding in the smooth execution of operations. Wage: $46,592/year. Hours: 6:30am - 11:00pm, off Sunday. Day and Swing shifts. Requirements: Spanish fluency.
