Note: The pay rate for this job is $18 - $20 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Material and equipment management

• Training, orientating, overseeing and managing workers on site

• Manages sub-contractors on site

• Completes and manages daily required tasks to keep project on timeline

• Carpentry tasks from rough to finish

 Qualifications:

• Own a tool pouch and basic commercial tool set.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience working on a commercial construction job site.
