Aerotek Production Worker in Sarasota, Florida
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Testing Technician to join our team in Sarasota, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and inspecting electrical components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Perform tests on electrical components according to established procedures and specifications
Identify and document defects or malfunctions in products
Troubleshoot and report issues to engineering teams for resolution
Maintain accurate records of testing results and observations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Assist in the assembly and inspection of electrical products as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications a plus)
Experience with testing electrical components or similar equipment is preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
Good communication skills and ability to document test results clearly
Willingness to learn and grow in the field

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00
