Insight Global Workday Integration Analyst in Santa Monica, California

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Architect / Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of hands-on experience in Workday, with a strong background in integration development, architecture design, and system support. This role will play a critical part in transforming business requirements into robust Workday integrations and extended applications, involving end-to-end implementation, customization, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Design Workday Integrations:

 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into integration architecture options.

 Recommend optimal solutions, considering best practices and industry standards.

 Design Workday Custom Integrations, Packaged Integrations, and Studio Integrations as needed.

 Perform fit-gap analysis to identify areas where custom integrations are necessary.

Integration Development:

 Develop and build Workday integrations or extended applications, adhering to established design specifications.

 Configure Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for data migration and integration purposes.

 Create and customize inbound and outbound EIBs to support data flow.

 Utilize advanced features like Calculated Fields to enhance integration functionality.

 Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues during development and testing phases.

Workday Expertise:

 Leverage your deep knowledge of Workday modules to support HRMS-related integrations.

 Provide hands-on experience in configuring EIBs and building Custom Reports.

 Train end users on various aspects of Workday, including Job Requisition, Benefits, and Payroll systems.

 Create and modify custom Workday reports to meet specific business needs.

 Apply your expertise in Workday HR modules, including Payroll, Time & Benefits, for integrated solutions.

 Support Workday HR configuration, development, and testing efforts.

 Ensure seamless integration between Workday systems.

Technical Skills:

 Utilize your certification and experience with Workday tools, including Workday Studio, Workday PRISM, BIRT Reporting, Cloud Connect, and Enterprise Interface Builder.

 Employ XML, XSLT, SOAP API, REST API, and Workday Public Web Services for integration tasks.

 Configure and maintain Business Process Framework and Configurable Security.

Project Leadership:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership.

 Participate in full life-cycle HRMS system implementations.

 Assist with fit-gap analysis, specification writing, and testing strategies.

 Contribute to data transformation and conversion efforts.

Training and Documentation:

 Design and deliver end-user technical training.

 Create comprehensive documentation for integration solutions and processes.

Pay Rate: $70-85/hr

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Analyst.

 Extensive experience in full life cycle implementations, production support, and upgrade projects.

 Strong proficiency in Workday Custom Integration, EIB configuration, and Custom Report development.

 In-depth knowledge of Workday HR modules, including Payroll, Time & Benefits.

 Workday certification as a Senior Integration Consultant is highly desirable.

 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Active workday Integration Core
