In this role, you'll provide
subspecialty medical care within the Department of Pediatrics, Division of
Gastroenterology, in ambulatory and inpatient settings. This will involve
serving as a staff Pediatric Gastroenterology Physician at Pediatric Primary
Care and Subspecialty Care in Santa Monica or other practice sites based on the
needs of our patients, the Department, and the Division. Additional
responsibilities include:
Serving as an outpatient physician with eight half-day sessions per week.
Completing one half-day session per week focusing on procedures in Santa Monica.
Allotting one half-day for administrative duties.
Covering Santa Monica inpatient hospital consults during the week and Santa Monica/Westwood weekend calls as needed.
Providing outreach to other outpatient clinic sites as needed.
The University
of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary
range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors
that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are
determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary
range for this position is 180,000.00 - 250,000.00.
Qualifications
Requirements:
We're seeking a compassionate, team-oriented, and dedicated physician with:
A MD or DO
Completion of a pediatric residency and subspecialty training in pediatric gastroenterology.
American Board of Pediatrics Certified.
American Board of Pediatric Gastroenterology Board Certified or Eligible.
