Amazon Sr. Marketing Program Manager, Amazon Key in Santa Monica, California

At Amazon Key, we are on a mission to empower customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses. As part of the Amazon Devices and Ring organization, we invent new devices, software, and services to solve critical access problems for our B2C and B2B customers. We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Program Manager to plan, manage, and execute high-impact marketing programs for new product launches, campaigns, and other customer-facing initiatives. You have deep experience managing global marketing programs for fast-growing brands. This includes overseeing campaign and launch development processes for multiple product marketing, creative, and brand flows.

You've worked closely with creative teams and are familiar with the creative development process from conception to production and delivery.

You're a motivated self starter who is highly collaborative, attentive to detail, and passionate about delivering the highest quality products on time.

Key job responsibilities

-Manage the strategic planning and execution of global product launches, creative production, and campaigns.

-Anticipate workload and resources needed for a successful project, create and maintain work-back schedules and calendars, and hold status update meetings.

-Work cross-functionally to intake requirements, develop and manage project and campaign briefs, and manage execution.

-Work across the marketing team to deliver marketing projects on time.

-Own stakeholder communications, status updates, and reporting.

-Develop and improve on operational processes.

A day in the life

You work closely across the marketing team to develop integrated marketing programs and deliverables. You act as the team representative in cross-functional collaboration, gathering marketing requirements across the organization and developing integrated briefs and project plans. You thrive in fast-paced environments and hold high standards for quality and timely delivery.

Amazon Key sits within the Ring and Amazon Devices organization. We innovate to deliver devices, software, and services to consumers and businesses. We often serve as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics and Operations, and Retail/Shopping. We are a team of inventors and disruptors, and we index highly on customer obsession, ownership, action, operational excellence and collaboration.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

  • Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions

  • 5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience

  • 5+ years of program management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)

  • 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience

  • Experience with Asana, JIRA, and Figma

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
