Description

Are you a Program Manager who loves TV and wants to work in the exciting world of streaming? The Brand & Integrated Marketing team at Amazon Fire TV is looking for a Program Manager to support and manage strategic priorities including campaign launches, partner communications, business reviews, and more. This Program Manager will be joining a team of people who work to promote the Fire TV portfolio of devices and its premium content to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. We are looking for a data-driven, process oriented Program Manager who will work closely with other marketing teams, Product, Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Amazon Advertising to ensure seamless execution for Fire TV priorities.

Our ideal candidate will have a track record of operational excellence, automation, relationship management, and approach problems with data-driven decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and oversee on- and off-device marketing plans and monitor the end-to-end process across internal teams.

  • Streamline processes including but not limited to team mechanisms, campaign measurement, and testing, and strategic business review inputs.

  • Manage program reviews and instill best practices with external agencies.

  • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.

  • Analyze campaign/program performance and provide readouts to senior management.

A day in the life

The Program Manager on the Brand & Integrated Marketing team will own the streamlining of projects end to end, ranging from the scheduling of an on-device campaigns, to the tracking and measurement of an off-device marketing tactic such as a digital ad buy. This person will work closely with stakeholders across Fire TV and also collaborate with peers from other Devices PLs and external agencies.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
