Description We are seeking an Office Services Associate to effectively manage our back office services and assist various teams. Located in Santa Monica, California, this role combines customer service, office tasks, and digital skills in a corporate setting. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, cultivating and nurturing client relationships.

• Manage both physical and digital mail services, ensuring smooth and effective communication within the organization.

• Offer support for hospitality facilities, including audio/visual and reception services.

• Participate in reprographics copy services, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

• Use digital tools and mail equipment to optimize office tasks.

• Ensure adherence to back office procedures to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Foster an environment focused on attention to detail, maintaining telephone and email etiquette.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills, ensuring meticulousness in all tasks.

• Participate in the hiring process, supporting team growth and development.

• Assist banking operations, understanding and navigating the corporate environment effectively. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service is necessary for interacting with clients and staff.

• Familiarity with typical Office Functions is essential for maintaining a smooth workflow.

• Understanding of Hiring Processes is required to assist with recruitment and onboarding.

• Experience in Receptionist Duties, including handling incoming calls and greeting visitors.

• Knowledge of Facility management and maintenance is crucial for ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment.

• Digital literacy, including proficiency in office software and tools, is necessary.

• Excellent Communication Skills are required for effective interaction with team members and clients.

• Awareness of employee Perks and benefits is necessary to provide accurate information to staff.

• Familiarity with Banking Operation is beneficial for handling financial transactions and records.

• Strong Organizational skills are required for managing tasks and schedules efficiently.
